By subscribing to our newsletter, you also give us explicit permission to use your e-mail address to keep you informed of our activities and promotions. However, you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Who/Which systems process your data?

We work with the following third parties to be able to perform part of the agreement with you. We ensure that each of these third parties also complies with this privacy policy.

TABLEBOOKER - ABLEBOOKER.COM, TABLEBOOKER.BE, TABLEBOOKER.NL, TABLEBOOKER.LU, TABLEBOOKER.FR

We use the Tablebooker reservation system - also known as Tablemanager - as the main system for managing our reservation data. Tablebooker will not use your personal data in any way for commercial or other purposes without your clear permission. When you make a reservation, a passive profile will be created for you on the Tablebooker platform. This is done in order to be able to perform a matching based on e-mail address with the existing profiles in the database, in order to avoid double registrations and to ensure that your personal reservations are grouped in your own name.

If you provide us with your details by telephone, we will enter them manually in the Tablebooker platform and a matching will also be made based on e-mail address, combination of surname and date of birth (if you have provided your date of birth) or telephone number.

Tablebooker never passes on personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Tablebooker also does not engage in direct marketing (commercial mailings, possibly based on profiling) with your personal data without your explicit permission. You can revoke this permission once you have given it.
