You are a disaster of a service, I booked, got confirmation BUT THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION !!! And it was SNOWING !!! So, there I was with my V.I.P.s at the door!! I suffered such an embarrassment, you cannot imagine. I expect some explanation and compensation.

I am not satisfied, because I was there as booked on 16.15. Only half an hour later a waiter turnet up - only to tell me that service would only be possible after 18.00. Not a word of that when I booked the table. So we found a much better place to have dinner :-I

The food is good and service friendly
I arrived early before my guests and the table was beautifully prepared already. The service was prompt and kind. The environment permits to hold important conversations with people meeting for the first time, which is something very rare to find in Brussels. I would like to say that the decoration is superb in the three different areas I visited: the entrance lobby, the restaurant and the bar area. Congratulations!
