Took a hour for food to arrive , even though it was early and quiet, my wife's food was cold

Service déplorable. Une table oubliée dans un restaurant absolument pas complet. On est venu déposer l’addition sans qu’on la demande en mode « vous dérangez ». Commande prise pour l’antipasti et puis plus rien.. Quand nous avons demandé pour prendre la commande pour le plat, le serveur a regardé sa montre en mode « dépêchez vous ». Absolument pas à conseiller.

the time between the dishes was way to long and they write of money twice of our bank account.
We received the wrong order and it took too long to get the right dishes afterwards with no discount proposals.
I found a piece of plastic in my meat, and the fries weren't very good

There's only a YES or NO answer. This is not a big NO only a comment that I think is worth noting. We were the only group of 5 sitting at a table and the table was placed right by a function doorway with people constantly going in and out of the door. We had your other guests at the function queuing around our table at times. Not a very professional approach to guesting eating a quiet meal at the table. Food was good and staff were pleasant albeit very busy looking after the function and we felt like an after thought.
