It was my 4th time in this restaurant and the last two occasions they were very slow serving. This time, the reason was that they had a large group of people. But if they do not have enough staff to combine groups and other customers, then they should not let other people in. They made us sit at the furthest corner, where service door kept opening at literally 10 cm away from one of our chairs. They even had to improvise an attached table that did not match the other table. This bad spot with a door almost hitting us was already not thoughtful on the customer experience. Then, they took ages to serve the main dish. I recognise that they apologise multiple times for the slow service and gave the dessert for free. But I was hosting some business dinner and it was a really bad service. If they cannot handle so many customers, they should not make the reservation available. I mean, they literally did not even have enough tables. They overbooked the place and the consequence was that I will not come back for a 5th time.
