Jan Verhaert kookt wat hij zelf graag eet: Franse klassiekers, met af en toe een knipoog naar Italië. In zijn gezellig buurtrestaurant komt u dus voor gerechten als pâté en croûte, gekonfijte varkenswangetjes en baba au rhum. Zijn precieze cuissons en voorliefde voor krachtige smaken vallen op. Monsieur Verhaert schat de klassieke power naar waarde. En terecht!

Carte restreinte (un plat de viande, un poisson, un végétarien) et tout est excellent. Cadre sympa, accueil et service souriant, compétent et sans prétention . Tout est "juste".

plats très gustatifs , grande fraîcheur des produits . J'aurais souhaiter du nappage sur la table ( nappe ou chemin de table ) mais bien sûr l'important est dans l'assiette . Vins excellents
