The food was good - but not markedly better...
The food was good - but not markedly better than the other Korean restaurants I frequent in Brussels. Despite the food being savory and well presented, the experience was HORRIFYING. Our reservation was made for 13:30, but 13:45 was also an option for reservations. We arrived on time. We were told within 5 minutes of sitting down that we needed to hurry up and order, otherwise we would not be able to eat. So we did - the menu is concise and well organized, so we made our choice quickly. We then ordered a glass of wine, and were told by the waitress no less than 4 times that the wine “natural wine”, and she wanted to make sure this was okay with us. ? We confirmed that she was referring to bio wine, and finally on the 4th time she verified that we wanted it, I asked her why on earth she was worried? Was it bad wine? She said a lot of people don’t like bio wine. Whatever. The wine was fine - very strange that she wanted to present the wine as a potentially negative experience. The restaurant is very small, but every time we needed anything we had to put our hand up multiple times, the attention was abysmal. At 14:45, so we had been there for 1 hour and 15 minutes total, we had our plates taken before we were finished eating (my friend literally grabbed her plate away from Waitress in order to finish eating), and then at 14:50 when they successfully took our plates, they did not ask how the meal was or if we wanted anything else - they instead SPRAYED CHEMICALS ON OUR TABLE and asked us to please remove our bags and elbows from table so they could clean it. When we paid we were asked if we enjoyed ourselves and we said “no.” The waitress (who was the daughter we assume of the owner) said something to the owner in Korean, and the owner laughed loudly. Abysmal dining experience. We ordered a starter, a main and 3 glasses of wine each, and we paid 68€ EACH. Michelin rated - but worse service than McDonalds, PLUS sprayed with chemicals and mocked. Service glacial, expéditif et dédaigneux. Plats très bons mais un peu chers et qui n'ont pas rattrapé l'accueil glacial que la patronne nous a réservé. Les serveuses vous débarrassent alors que vous avez à peine reposé vos baguettes ou votre verre. La patronne m'a limite arraché des mains le lecteur de carte et m'a envoyé mon ticket sans un regard, merci, aurevoir. Si pour vous, un restaurant c'est un tout, une ambiance, un service, un moment et pas juste un plat à avaler... passez votre chemin.

Tout était parfait l’accueil le service et le repas. On a super bien mangé comme à chaque fois. On a goûté toutes les entrées à nous 7 et ça nous a déjà ravi les papilles pour la suite avec Bimbimbam le plat traditionnel. On s’est régalé. Succulent.

Vraiment pas terrible, il me semble que c'était meilleur avant, on y avait déjà été il y a longtemps - la nourriture est servie très rapidement - le service moyen - une serveuse ne parle que Anglais - on reçois une Ginger beer pas dilué, la nouvelle barmaid n'avait pas été briefé qu'il fallait mettre de l'eau avec le concentré de gingembre (8€) - la patronne assise à une table avec son pieds sur la banquette et qui donne des ordres aux personnel - nourriture pas très gouteuse - entrée vapeur assez bonne - plat du jour cabillaud dans un bouillon sans goût (35€) - viande dierendonk tendre mais avec des nerfs et le goût n'y était pas - accompagnement & riz moyen - après l'addition on nous demande si on veut encore une bouteille d'eau - bref nous ne reviendrons pas.
