Samouraï has been a culinary landmark of Brussels since 1974. Razor-sharp precision and rich flavours embody the authentic Japanese cuisine, depicted by a varied menu of sushi and sashimi, together with table preparations like sukiyaki. The chef steams the shiitake with shrimp-flavoured pasta and then flanks it with a ginger and soy stock and with fried ciboule onion and shiso leaves, creating a harmony that is both subtle and distinctive. Popular lunchtime bento boxes; set menus in the evening as well as à la carte.

New place is do sunny and bright. there are more space than before. service is very good. but I felt they used sweet soy sauce for the noodles that I don't appreciate the taste. Personally I'd like to eat traditional saba sauce. Maybe they arrange for non Japanese people.

Service impeccable, mets délicieux, avec beauco...

Service impeccable, mets délicieux, avec beaucoup de saveurs et délicatesse. Le nouvel espace avenue Louise est grand, spacieux. L’arrière salle est lumineux et l’avant plus intimiste. La décoration est parfaite.

Cadre agréable, personnel attentif, patient...

Cadre agréable, personnel attentif, patient et très aimable. Quant aux plats, le visuel était raffiné et élégant et nos papilles ont voyagés dans un tourbillon de saveurs. Le Gindara Saikyoyaki (cabillaud) en particulier nous a fait fondre. A refaire absolument.

Beau cadre, nourriture savoureuse et service impeccable. Dans les points moins positif, pas beaucoup d’intimité malgré des tables assez grandes et le prix très élevé des boissons (22€ pour une coupe de champagne - heureusement très bien servie).

Tout était parfait et délicieux. Le personnel est aux petits soins... quel bonheur de découvrir la vraie cuisine japonaise. Merci à tous
