Very good food and atmosphere. However it is...

Very good food and atmosphere. However it is a bit difficult to talk as it gets extremely noisy. Some sound absorbing panels on the walls and ceiling, there are nice looking ones to match the decor these days, would be well invested. Also wish that they would ask if medium should be either slightly more to the rare or well done side as this vary a lot it seems. In any case, always a good visit, always good food, recommend and will come again!

The ambient is nice, but the quality of the...

The ambient is nice, but the quality of the meat was sub par, high prices for what you get (the options from the fridge at the entrance are a joke) there is an overwhelming number of staff, which probably explains why prices are so high

Nous avons choisi ce restaurant car nous étions à la recherche d’un établissement proposant de la viande de qualité et une ambiance agréable. Le restaurant 'Colonel' a pleinement répondu à nos attentes.

Nous sommes venus hier soir à deux, réservation...

Nous sommes venus hier soir à deux, réservation faite seulement quelques heures avant. Accueil efficace, service très agréable, présent sans être envahissant. Nous avons choisi une côte à l’os maturée et laissé le serveur sélectionner la pièce pour nous : excellente recommandation. Petit oubli sur une boisson (jamais arrivée à table), mais aussitôt compensé car elle n’a pas été facturée au final — un geste apprécié. Le Colonel confirme une fois de plus pourquoi il fait partie de mes adresses favorites à Bruxelles : qualité de la viande, professionnalisme du service et ambiance toujours soignée.

Mais tout simplement parce que c’était parfait. La nourriture, l’ambiance, le service. Peut-être un peu trop de bruit? Mais c’est si peu.

Très belle salle à manger, belle odeur de viande à l'arrivée. Repas d'exceptionnelle qualité et une très bonne valeur pour d'aussi beaux produits. Service convivial. À recommander à 100%

Lunch with a group of 13 people à la carte. Service was swift and efficient and most important : the food was good.
