Very attentive service, nice atmosphere, fine lighting, good food (quite "original" combinations" on the suggestion card), original home brewed special beers. But: the proposed beer pairing for each plate made my eyebrow raise. The beer may be excellent, but a Grimbergen does'nt fit with tuna. I should have known... And why would someone - even a Belgian - drink a Grimbergen with a Dame Blanche? Sacrilege! ;-) I liked the 15cl glasses, though. And the service. And the firework candle my husband had for it's birthday :-) Bedankt voor de fijne avond!
