It's been a tradition of mine to visti Auberge Napoleon when traveling to Belgium and it never disappoints. Service and gastronomy are always top noch and love the decor. Their menu has Belgian classics made on a high level and with respect for the products. It is worth the detour if you are not in the neighborhood.
