In Brussel, in het hart van de Jourdanwijk, in de schaduw van de Europese instellingen, is restaurant Stirwen een plek waar lekker eten klinkt als een zoete melodie, een moment van gastronomische rust in het hectische tempo van de hoofdstad. Dat is waar het bij ons om draait: een keuken van smaak met de seizoenen als heilige plicht, respect voor het product dat in edelmoedigheid wordt bewerkt. Een klassieke gastronomie met respect voor tradities, bezield door innovatie en inventiviteit... Een keuken die goed bij zijn tijd, goed op zijn plaats is.

I was very satisfied with my first visit to...

I was very satisfied with my first visit to Stirwen. I took the 4 course menu, and each course was a delicious blend of flavors, artfully presented. The servers were professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that there was a recap of what was being presented as each course came to the table. Sufficient time was taken between the courses. All in all, it was an excellent experience and will look forward to a return visit on my next trip to Brussels.

Accueil parfait dans un très joli cadre. Cuisine de grande qualité avec de nombreux ingrédients locaux et de saison. Carte des vins remarquable. Vaut largement une étoile! Un grand merci à l'équipe de Stirwen pour cette soirée parfaite et à très bientôt!
