Razor-sharp precision and rich flavours embody the authentic Japanese cuisine, depicted by a varied menu of sushi and sashimi, together with table preparations like sukiyaki. The chef steams the shiitake with shrimp-flavoured pasta and then flanks it with a ginger and soy stock and with fried ciboule onion and shiso leaves, creating a harmony that is both subtle and distinctive. Price-quality of the degustation menu is not...

Price-quality of the degustation menu is not good, too expensive for the entrees and soup you get. I have an egg-allergy and had to sent back 2 dishes because they kept forgetting

The food was delicious, refined, well served. The wine we ordered wa svery good. The service was very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant setting is beautiful. However, please review the automated reminder message that you send the day before the booking as it says in red that you have moved to chaussée de Waterloo, as I went there first
