Razor-sharp precision and rich flavours embody the authentic Japanese cuisine, depicted by a varied menu of sushi and sashimi, together with table preparations like sukiyaki. The chef steams the shiitake with shrimp-flavoured pasta and then flanks it with a ginger and soy stock and with fried ciboule onion and shiso leaves, creating a harmony that is both subtle and distinctive. We were satisfied, however we faced an issue...

We were satisfied, however we faced an issue I need to raise. We have been forgotten! and had to wait 1h before receiving our plates! and we 've been told the "entrée" was unfortunately given to another table - I would really suggest a better follow up specially when you are placed in the little separated room. We indicated though our satisfaction with the food. But this has impacted the experience we could have had, in a negative way.

We hebben een geweldige avond gehad en héél...

We hebben een geweldige avond gehad en héél lekker gegeten. De gerechten waren verfijnd en smaakvol. Perfecte porties, met stijl op het bord gedresseerd. De bediening was goed, al heb ik meer dan 10 minuten op mijn voorgerecht gewacht als alle andere gezinsleden hun voorgerecht al hadden gekregen. Dit was het enige minpuntje van de avond. Het decors is mooi en met stijl ingericht en al was het restaurant goed gevuld met bezoekers, was het er niet lawaaierig. Dat vind ik heel belangrijk om te genieten van het gezelschap en het eten. De wijn was prijzig maar fantastisch. Het ijs van geroosterd sesamzaad un délice! We komen zeker terug!
