The service was bad. Staff really very pleasant...

The service was bad. Staff really very pleasant and nice but not enough staff to give a good service. Waiting too much. The food was not the best without any major problems but being regular basis in Sapin and in particular basque country the ffod does not reflect the exceent food and diverstîty you can find in Basque country. Gives somehow a bad impression of basque culinary diversity !

Ce que nous avons mangé était un vrai délice....

Ce que nous avons mangé était un vrai délice. Mention particulière pour la tortilla de setas qui est une vraie tuerie. Nous étions sur le point d'en commander une autre. Le cadre du restaurant est très agréable avec ses lustres imposants et le service est très prévenant et sympathique (service de salle et barman cinéphile).
