Everything was fresh and delicious, beautifully presented, perfectly cooked. The flavor combinations and global cuisine inspirations were refreshing and creative. We only went for lunch, which is a very good quality price ratio (dinner is much more so that would have to be seen). The service was attentive and fast and very professional, though at this level of cuisine I would have preferred having the dishes presented a bit to know what the ingredients and flavors were. After ordering the set menu it was hard to remember what was on each plate. But otherwise this is a highly recommended restaurant that I would love to go back to for a nice dinner with the full tasting menu.
