This is most likely the best Japanese restaurant I have been to in Brussels. I tried the six-course menu and let the chef decide. The bonito tuna in the sashimi was absolutely exquisite. The steamed egg was just amazing, but the grilled croaker was the highlight - a real work of art - light and tender. And the sushi were of course much more interesting and worthwhile than any where else, thinnest of slices wrapped around rice wiht the right amount of Genmaisu. Homemade black sesame icecream topped it off, alongside the choice warm sake. Service was efficient, discreet, very friendly. It's going to be hard not to compare anything else "Japanese" i have in the future. The menu for lighter meals seemed very appealing too, with many dishes that are less run-of-the-mill, bog-normal. Highly recommended.
